Area: 320000 square meters
Project investment: 45 million yuan
Construction
content and production scale: The construction content is the
production workshop and production equipment and supporting public and
auxiliary engineering. After the construction of the project, it has the
production capacity of 10000t/a compound ternary hydroxide, 3873t/a
lithium carbonate, 28908t/a powder.

Materials Co., Ltd. was established in March 2016 with a registered
capital of 68.5 million yuan. It is a joint-stock company jointly funded
by Qingdao Red Star New Energy Technology Co., LTD., Guizhou Zhenhua
New Materials Co., LTD. The company was recognized as a high-tech
enterprise in 2021, as a specialized and special new enterprise in
Guizhou Province in 2022, a specialized and special new "little giant"
enterprise in Guizhou Province, and a "green factory" in Guizhou
Province, and obtained the recycling enterprise qualification (recycling
white list) in line with the "Industry Standard Conditions for
Comprehensive Utilization of waste power batteries for New energy
Vehicles" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In
2023, it was successfully awarded the national "Green Factory".
The
company focuses on the research and industrialization of lithium
battery materials recycling and utilization, has invested 120 million
yuan to build 6000 tons of ternary materials recycling production line,
with waste ternary materials as the main raw materials, synchronous
recovery of nickel cobalt manganese lithium metal elements, preparation
of nickel cobalt manganese ternary composite hydroxide and battery grade
lithium carbonate, used in the preparation of ternary lithium cathode
materials. Realize the recycling of waste ternary materials.
At
present, the recovery rate of cobalt, nickel and manganese is more than
98%, and the recovery rate of lithium is more than 95%. More than 60% of
the company's ternary compound hydroxide is nearby supplied to Zhongwei
New Materials, some lithium carbonate is supplied to Guizhou Best New
Energy Materials Co., LTD., and the rest is sent to Guiyang, Xingyi and
other places.
In 2021, the output value of Red Star Electronics
reached 268 million yuan, and the operating income of 617 million yuan
in 2022.
